Customizable Splash Page

The first thing your client sees when logging in to view their gallery is the splash page. You can customize that splash page with images, your logo and custom text so your client doesn't even need to know they left your website.

Order Your Images

You can pick the order in which your images display. If you want to put all the verticle shots first, you can. You have complete control over which images your client sees first.

Accept Credit Cards

Securely accept credit cards from your clients through PhotoGAS and then process them with your current merchant service. Because you use your current service to process the cards, this means you pay nothing extra to us saving you money.

Slide Show

Your clients can watch a slide show of all their images within PhotoGAS. We have heard of people just letting the slide show play while having guests over just to show off their images.

Add Music to the Slide Show

You have to option of using the default song that we provide or you can use any standard mp3 file you may have (provided that it is royalty free). The song simply loops when it reaches the end.

Gallery Specific Items

You define all the items you want to show in a cart. If you want one cart to only offer 5x7's and 8x10's then you can. You can even define item categories to quickly and easily add the same items to every cart if you so choose.

Packages/Collections

Of the items you define within your admin, you can create Packages or Collections. Then when your clients are viewing their galleries, they can choose to add those collections to their shopping carts and then add images to those collections.

Customizable Colors

You pick the colors you want your galleries to have. This enables you to match the colors of your current website.

Tax

Within PhotoGAS, you define what sales tax percentage you are going to charge and it automatically gets added to the gallery shopping carts.

Payment Options

When setting up a gallery you can specify if you want the client to be able to pay with credit card or pay in person at pickup.

Gallery Submission Notification

Instantly know when someone has submitted a gallery by receiving an email telling you who submitted it and for how much.

Image Upload

PhotoGAS has a built in, multi-file, image uploader. You select the files to upload, click the upload button and PhotoGAS does the rest by automatically creating the thumbnails for you.

Complete Gallery Administrator

PhotoGAS offers a complete administrator for you to login to in order to manage all your galleries. The admin allows you to quickly and easily change the look, add galleries, add items, create packages, see how many times a gallery has been viewed and much more.

Slideshow Only Option

When creating a gallery, you have the option of disabling ordering and showing your clients just a slideshow. This is a great feature for those studios who do on site proofing, yet want to show your clients a very nice slideshow to get thinking about what they want to order before they come to order. After they order, you can then enable ordering for friends and family on that gallery with the click of a button.
